Have you and your loved ones photographed in one of the few sky-lit photo studios in operation. Come on in for a formal or wedding/engagement shot, a Steampunk/Victorian portrait, or celebrate your body’s un-clothed forms perhaps as a special gift for a spouse or significant other.

We maintain a home base nestled within a quaint neighborhood in historically rich Philadelphia, PA. The studio building, dating from 1874, is about a ten-minute walk from Center City’s beautiful Rittenhouse Square, the heart of town. We are easy to get to from Amtrak or any of the bus lines that serve the area, including the $20 round-trip Chinatown bus.
Daytime shoots are a one-hour session, approximately six shots and an edit and printing of the strongest image. You also get a CD of photos to put on your web pages. These portrait sessions should be booked in advance and are usually done on weekends, but other arrangements can be made.
Additional shots are $15 each and additional editing is $25/hr.

You and your guests will each receive a memorable and classy keepsake image in a special archival and decorated/imprinted folder which Tsirkus will create and hand-fabricate for the special day. Private event shoots are reasonably priced as all-inclusive packages based on the number of images you will need made and time/travel. Contact us for additional details.
Photoshop Tutorials: $25/hr
Want to learn how we get all those groovy antique effects? What we do is about concept, vision and skill; we have nothing to hide! Come and polish your skills or start from scratch with Tsirkus’ principle photographer, RA Friedman. This is a great way to learn one-on-one with a patient, experienced teacher who uses Photoshop CS3 all the time. Learn only what you need and focus on what’s important to your own work. This is an excellent alternative to spending hundreds on seminars and classes. You’ll be editing within one or two sessions and unlocking the power of your photos, we guarantee it or no charge!
Take one class or a series and learn at your own pace and schedule. Novices and those with little photo experience as well as traditional and digital photographers are all welcome. Tutorials held at our Philadelphia home base on weekends and evenings.
